When we approached this client we asked them what THEY needed from ABS Couriers and Taxi Trucks to make systems more streamlined for their organisation. The initial response was that all transport companies had offered the same services and they weren't looking to change. Upon further dialogue it was discovered that other competitors had not listened to their needs but instead said what THEY can offer. This particular client differs from the majority of clients we represent based on both the sensitivity of the consignments and the urgency in which consignments need to be delivered. During discussions with the client we suggested that a permanent driver be allocated to them during the peak periods of their business to service set sites. Should a consignment be required outside of these areas ABS Couriers and Taxi Trucks ensures a rapid response courier is sent for the job. As this client's deliveries need to be delivered to specific locations within hospitals, training is given to all of our drivers ensuring they are aware of where to deliver and protocols associated with these deliveries. Leading Paper Merchant

This client was previously utilising a fleet of company vehicles to deliver consignments ranging from a singular ream of paper through to palletised loads. After entering into discussions with this client we quickly ascertained that by offering a combination of our courier and taxi truck fleet we could speed up the number of deliveries being completed on a daily basis. Upon securing our services the client began using his fleet for bulk and palletised loads and ABS Couriers and Taxi Trucks for smaller consignments and pallets that were outside an area his fleet was scheduled for. This has meant our clients sales department no longer needs to have orders in as early as they once used to which offers this company an advantage over his main competitors.

Should one of their vehicles be off the road we supply them a comparable vehicle from our vast fleet ensuring our client has no downtime due to accidents, sicknesses or holidays.
