ABS Courier Services has a commitment to flexibility in assisting our customers to choose the most cost effective service to satisfy their needs.

All service parameters depend on when the consignment is available to be collected – not the time the service is booked.

 Our basic services include:

  • Super Flash - Your consignment in collected promptly and taken directly to its destination with our telephonists advising you when the consignment has been delivered and the name of the person who took receipt.

  • Flash – Your consignment is collected promptly and delivered on average within approximately 1 hour of availability (also depending on distance required to be travelled).

  • Standard – Your consignment will be collected and delivered within the Brisbane metropolitan area – on average - within approximately 2 hours of availability. This service should be booked by 3.15 pm to ensure delivery by close of business.

  • Economy – Your consignment will be collected and delivered within approximately 4 to 6 hours of availability. This service should be booked by 11.15am to ensure delivery by close of business.

  • Hourly Hire - 1 Tonne through to Semi Trailers, including Tailgate and Crane Trucks. Utes with racks also available.

  • Set Runs, Mail Clearance, Cheque Pick Ups

  • Road Freight, Air Freight (Throughout Australia)

  • Permanent Hire

  • EFTPOS, Technical Couriers

  • Warehousing/ Logistics

Cubic weight calculator


To calculate the cubic of your freight using our calculator below simply enter:

• the length of the parcel x width x depth in metres (i.e. if your parcel is 150 cms long x 200 cms wide x 310 cms high simply enter 1.50 x 2.00 x 3.10)
• once all dimensions have been entered
• Press the calculate button and the weight charged (cubic weight) will appear in the bottom box.
Freight is charged at either cubic weight or actual weight whichever is the greater.

If a consignment is greater than either 4 cubic metres or 1000 kgs a taxi truck vehicle will be required for this service.
