Long gone are the days where a telephonist would take a booking on a piece of paper and hand that to the allocator who then used a two way radio to "talk" to the driver.

Bookings are now able to be received via our online booking system, the telephone or facsimile.

Upon receipt of the booking request the despatcher matches the optimum vehicle with the optimum driver and through our computerised dispatch system allocates the particular job.

GPS inbuilt into our drivers PDA (personal digital assistant) monitors each individual driver and the particular jobs they have been allocated.

A countdown clock monitors each job ensuring despatchers are always aware of time remaining on jobs.

Proof of deliveries (POD's) can be emailed automatically to your pre assigned email address or alternatively with online bookings you can enter the email address you wish the POD to be sent to. This can be particularly handy during times where you might be working in another section during times of holidays or sickness.

POD's are able to be sent back with our or your company logo on them. Several clients with an international network use this service.

Our system is able to be interfaced with your system enabling a client overseas to log onto your system and see the POD that our driver has captured with your company logo on the POD. This creates the perception that it is your company delivering the goods not ours.

With our company we can offer a paperless system right from the time of the booking being received through to invoicing.
